Primary Dance and Yoga
Our primary students not only enjoy weekly dance classes but also participate in regular yoga lessons. These activities offer young learners the chance to explore physical movement and introduce age-appropriate elements of dance and mindfulness.
The National Dance Education Organization (NDEO) states that "dance is a powerful ally for developing many of the attributes of a growing child. Dance helps children mature physically, emotionally, socially, and cognitively. The physical benefits of dance are widely accepted, but the emotional, social, and cognitive attributes have only recently begun to be appreciated."

Similarly, yoga complements these benefits by promoting physical strength, flexibility, and balance, while also enhancing emotional well-being, focus, and relaxation. Yoga encourages mindfulness, helping children develop better self-awareness and stress management skills.
