Nikki Nightengale, a Ramalynn Academy alumna, went on to play for the PWHL Minnesota team, where she made history as part of the first women’s team to win the inaugural Walter Cup. Nikki's hard work and determination have set a powerful example for future generations of Ramalynn students.
Alumni Athletes
Jack Hillen, a Ramalynn alumnus was on the winning team back in 1995 when Ramalynn held its first ever Mini-State Hockey Tournament. Jack went on to play in the real State Hockey Tournament three times at the Xcel Energy Center with the Academy of Holy Angels, winning one state title.
Jordan Taylor, a former Ramalynn student was once a member of Ms. Darla, Ms. Julie, and Mr. Krishna’s classes. As an athlete, Jordan won the Ramalynn Soccer Championship, two Ramalynn Super Bowl Titles and the Ramalynn Mini State Tournament Hockey Championship.
Jackson Yueill had a storied career both academically and athletically at Ramalynn Academy. As an 8th grader, he finished tied for the top score in the state of Minnesota in the Math Olympiad competition. Brady Skjei, a Ramalynn Sports Program alumnus, played in the Minnesota State High School Hockey Tournament as a 9th grade student before finishing his high school career in Ann Arbor Michigan with the United States National Development Program.
