Jack Hillen, a Ramalynn alumnus was on the winning team back in 1995 when Ramalynn held its first ever Mini-State Hockey Tournament. Jack went on to play in the real State Hockey Tournament three times at the Xcel Energy Center with the Academy of Holy Angels, winning one state title.
Jack went on to play four years at Colorado College where he made the WCHA All-Academic team and was nominated for the Hobey Baker Award.
Jack concluded his hockey days with an eight year career in the National Hockey League and is now experiencing great success in the hospitality industry with ownership in Culver’s Restaurants.
